Tag Along and Win a Winter White Wooly Hand Knit Infinity Scarf

Yep, it's a whirlwind right now, right?? So many details to tend to for the holidays! I do love this time of year though, and I'm trying to enjoy the season and the time with family & friends. No big deal if I don't bake 3,468 different types of Christmas cookies, right?

Right!

So I'm not really much of a "joiner". but when I saw what Amy and Kristyne had started, I was itching to make a few of these sweet little tags! I know alot of you gals out there are so good with PAPER, but I fancy myself more of a Fabric person, so when I saw that they were making Fabric Tags? Sure,  sign me up!  Mine have a vintage vibe, and I challenged myself to just use what I had on hand, and since my househould is currently grommet-less, I used vintage buttons and embroidery floss. {Don't toss me off the island for that, okay??!}

I know most of you guys follow Heather at Vintage Grey?? She's the sweetest gal around and shared a darling piece of vintage sheet music for jingle bells. So I reduced it to wallet size and printed it out, thhen I stitched them onto the felt and embellished.

{{Thank You, Heather!}}

Cute little felt Christmas Trees, Vintage and new buttons, ribbons, embroidery floss & glitter -I made these four in a few hours time.  An easy Girl-Scout-ish project that was so much fun!Thank you Amy & Kristyne for lighting a fire under me to join the fun!

. . . and speaking of fun, I'm having a little giveaway, just in time for Christmas!

Warm, wooly & wonderful! This knitted cowl is stitched up in a wool & acrylic blend yarn that's incredibly soft! One size fits every. single. neck. in. the. whole. wide. world. Yeppers, it'll keep you warm, or if you live in a warm-ish climate, it'll make a fabulous fashion statement. Cowl scarves are great ~ toss it on over a sweater or with a warm winter coat or even a down vest. . . . Anything goes~!

  7. I just blogged about your give away and yes, you do NOT have to make a bunch of cookies or anything else at Christmas time if you don't want too! Our cookies will be store bought this year unless someone has pity on us and gifts us!

  15. Your tags are just the most adorable things! I love how you used buttons. That's the great thing about crafts - usually the ones made with what's around the house are the best!
